  • Eido Research have a decade of experience helping these organisations to better design, measure and report their social and spiritual impact. We have trained over 100 organisations in faith-based impact strategy and impact measurement. Building upon this experience we have now collated this experience into a 6-session course to make this knowledge and expertise more accessible.

On this course we bring together latest best practice on how to design, discern, measure, report, and improve social and spiritual impact with a cohort learning based approach, all facilitated by a team of experts with an understanding and experience of working in Christian contexts.

  • The course will cover a breadth of content on impact, evidence and learning. The session curriculum is below:

    DAY ONE:

    How to begin impact measurement

How to create a useful theory of change

    DAY TWO:

How to improve your impact through design research

How to improve your impact through evaluation

How to use data you have gathered

  • Cohort-based learning is a teaching and learning model that is collaborative, participatory and grounded in practical application to the needs and priorities of each participant. It is made up of three pillars - learning, reflection and action - with opportunity for collective problem solving, peer feedback, and personalised learning throughout each session as well as in a series of ‘learning moments’ throughout the year.
