Impact Evaluation of the SDF Project

The Diocese of Southwark wanted to confirm and expand upon learnings from their Strategic Development Fund project. They sought to understand the impact of Fresh Expressions of Church on participants in order to replicate successful elements.

Eido designed an evaluation framework involving success mapping with leaders, interviews with key figures, and Fruitfulness Framework surveys. This comprehensive assessment helped align local, community-level learnings with the Church of England's six bold outcomes for future expansion.
