Wayfinder Project Impact Evaluation

CUF's Wayfinder Project supports people facing insecure housing through a relational approach via local churches. CUF needed a robust evaluation spanning the three-year project to powerfully communicate changed lives and contribute to housing support best practices.

Eido designed a comprehensive evaluation framework utilizing demographic tracking, an induction tool, and focus groups. This mixed-method approach captured unique distance-travelled outcomes for each participant while assessing the broader transformational impact on participating church volunteers.
