Eido Impact Cohort Training

The Diocese of Norwich needed inspiration and strategic direction to overcome complex challenges in designing long-term interventions. Their leadership enrolled in the Eido Impact Cohort to build capacity in measuring and improving social impact.

The cohort involved interactive sessions, one-to-one coaching, and community learning with like-minded peers. This training equipped the diocese with new tools and the confidence to champion impact-led program design and evaluation among their key local stakeholders.
