The Church Pastoral Aid Society (CPAS) supports local churches in developing effective, mission-focused leadership. They needed a rigorous approach to measure the impact of their leadership development programs and initiatives across their wider church network.

Eido delivered a comprehensive impact measurement project, designing dedicated tools and indicators to capture the true effect of CPAS's work. This empowered CPAS to better understand how their ongoing support translates into vibrant, growing local ministries.
